We hand deliver all orders ourselves. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to come to you. If you will not be home, ensure there is a safe place to leave the order or change the delivery address to your workplace. Contact us for special arrangements.

If you live outside of us delivery zones you are welcome to collect your order from The Pot Dealer store at 1331 North Rd, Huntingdale VIC 3166
We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection, please allow up to 2 business days.Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for ‘change of mind’.

Faulty or Damaged Goods to be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. A refund will be provided by credit to your original method of payment.
