Delivery Policy
Free delivery on all orders over $150 to customers in the inner North and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We deliver within the inner Melbourne Metro area, Northern and Eastern Suburbs and Bayside. Please see delivery zones below for pricing.
Delivery Zone 1: $10 delivery to inner east, inner north and Bayside excluding CBD
Delivery Zone 2: $20 delivery to CBD and south eastern suburbs
For Melbourne Metro orders outside of these zones please contact us to arrange delivery.
We hand deliver all orders ourselves. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to come to you. If you will not be home, ensure there is a safe place to leave the order or change the delivery address to your workplace. Contact us for special arrangements.
Pick Up / Click & Collect
If you live outside of us delivery zones you are welcome to collect your order from The Pot Dealer store at 1331 North Rd, Huntingdale VIC 3166
We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection, please allow up to 2 business days.
Returns
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for ‘change of mind’.
Faulty or Damaged Goods to be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. A refund will be provided by credit to your original method of payment.
