Is it safe and convenient to order pots online?
Ordering online will save you a trip to our showroom and we’ll organise the delivery for you, potentially even for free depending on your location. We take great care in wrapping and packaging our pots so they get to you in the best condition.
Is there somewhere I can go to view the product before purchasing?
Yes! Visit us in person at The Pot Dealer store, 1331 North Road Huntingdale. See our contact us page for store opening hours.
Do you sell plants as well?
Yes we do! We are currently busy updating the website to include our plant range. However, you can keep up to date with what’s in stock by following our socials @thepotdealerau and @gardenstreetgarden
What's the return policy?
While we will try our best to make changes to any order, orders cannot be changed once they have been picked and/or packed. We do not offer returns for a change of mind. Please choose wisely.
I live in Melbourne, do you deliever?
Yes! We offer $20 flat rate delivery to most suburbs in Melbourne. Shopping cart must be over $50 if plants are selected.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes we do! You can purchase one by contacting us.
